Incompetent slow rude 0 stars - How they are in business I have no idea

Absolute shambles of a company please avoid especially if you are a tenant they couldn t give a monkeys about you We had the dis pleasure of living in a house they were the letting agents of for 3 long years and I have never experienced such abysmal customer service and as many people who are completely incompetent at every level We reported faults on the property countless times only to be ignored time and time again then when we did chase them up over the phone they only come back at you with attitude or laughter say they are going to call you back and then never do nothing ever got fixed in our house and i have been waiting to write this review for so long they pass the buck every time and do nothing to help you i could go on all day about how bad they are Not sure if they have too many customers or they are just all terrible at their jobs but either way i would not use them if they were the last estate agents on earth Not deserved of 1 star should get 0

Don t waste your time

Very unprofessional and disgraceful company with no regards to a good customer service I had a pre-scheduled viewing then someone else was being showed around the property first whilst I was at the address ahead of time Letting agent conducted himself in an unsuitable manner Stalled the whole process for over two days after I paid holding fee and then I was lied to and told landlords provided alternative instructions when in reality they let the property with someone else Office staff constantly contradicting themselves tangling in their own lies showing complete disregard to a customer lacking integrity and moral code It is appalling companies like this are still operating

Worst letting agents ever stay clear or you will waste time and money

I had a very negative experience with O Riordan Bond Lettings and I would stay clear if you want to save yourself time money and stress I found them highly unprofessional from the moment I took out a tenancy with them They emailed me the wrong documents and leaked someone else s personal data On the day when I was supposed to collect the keys for the property they sent me to the wrong office and didn t apologise There were issues with the property that were raised and they never bothered to fix They were very bad at communicating key information and some of the agents were particularly rude Paige was particularly unprofessional rude and unhelpful They tried to claim part of my deposit to fix problems with the property that were already there when I moved in and we had to go through the very time-consuming process of starting a DPS dispute I got my money back eventually but they ve done this to other people see previous reviews Overall it was the worst experience I ve ever had with a letting agency

Stay clear to keep your sanity

Shocking letting agents - AVOID There s not a great deal to add as everything has been said before in the previous few posts The actions I experienced in the one year tenancy I had with this outfit were nothing short of criminal and in the end I moved to a new property just to escape the total incompetence from every individual I had contact with there There were faults at the property from day ONE which were raised but never fixed Only after quoting my legal rights was a basic repair made to the central heating last winter weeks after it was first reported during the coldest period of the year Staff were rude and never replied to emails and more often than not ignored calls I was so glad to leave that property and I m now with a decent letting agent however my problems continued after leaving Despite having the property professionally cleaned at departure my deposit was partially witheld for the cost of cleaning affer I had left Thankfully following a three month process the third party adjudicator has just ruled in my favour Good riddance O Rordan Bond 20 years of renting around the UK and by a yard mile the worst agents I ve ever dealt with You really are an embaressment

Extremely disgusted by the service here Clear micro aggression and lack of accountability

I initially had a good experience with Stuart who showed me the house From then I was not exactly sure who I was to be in contact with as several people emailed I then spoke to Kirsty who was friendly and helpful enough I did ask her to reach out to my lawyer for a few questions she asked but aside from that all good However I am extremely disappointed with the service I received towards the end of the house purchase When it was time to pick up the keys confusing and conflicting information from different staff First time purchase so was genuinely concerned something had gone wrong When I mentioned I would leave a review about was told Stef and Mathew I am being threatening and aggressive As a woman of colour am I surprised by the language they used to describe me when expressing my disappointment at the service and confusion No Disgusted

FRAUDS AND LIARS BOND

I wish I could 0 or even less stars for these frauds They are scammers Told us at the last moment that we cannot move into the property and we were on the verge of becoming homeless The staffs are liars and so as their managers Luckily we managed to get away from these scammers I will moving to file a legal case on them anyway Dont know how they are even allowed to operate into the UK

If you are a tenant avoid them at all costs They have several times made requests that contradicted my tenancy agreement and current law I was forced to get independent legal advice since they misinformed me of the law so persistently They will only stop to harass you when they understand that you are aware of your legal rights We have served notice to move somewhere else nearby Yes we go through the hassle of moving just to not have to deal with this agency anymore They are ridiculous If you are a landlord you should probably avoid them at all costs as well

Just spoke t the lettings people in Weston Favell Northampton I had made email enquiries to view a property for rent and filled in their form for details Had heard nothing back not even an acknowledgement so called Had to provide the details again We do not meet their requirements as we have not been back in the UK for very long and they could not consider an alternative arrangement to tax returns The bit that upset me is when I said that we should then not look at properties they have I did not even get a ok goodbye the agent just hung up the phone Terrible thing to do whatever you think of the person on the other end and I was just being direct

They will tell you anything to sell a property including lies They told me there was an allocated parking space and after buying the property I realised that there isn t Always check the details with a proper solicitor not a conveyancer don t believe a word of what they tell you or what is said on their adverts
