The package was stuck in somewhere for 10 days and the company couldnt ship out my product Dont ever use this garbage company Would give 0 stars but its not an option

This is absolutely the only courier

This is absolutely the worst courier service ever No transparency No track and trace if the package is sent abroad The worst thing is that if you send them a polite email in English the customer service writes you back in Polish and comes with standard answers and no solution Even after repeatedly asking if they can please replay in English I get emails back in Polish They do not take any responsibility This form of not giving any information to the customers should no longer be possible in 2024 Why hiding information So you can t take te blame Be good to your customers Orlen and show transparency clarity respect and responsibility

Best station in Poland Was driving like tourist through all Poland Orlen was supporting us during whole way Coffee shower toilet camp all was organised there for people to stay in comfort For us now Orlen is a sign of -now evrything will be good

I have very good experience with Station number 4262 Trakt Brzeski 41 in Warsaw The people staff amazing and helpful I asked about help with cleaning my car and fuel the right gas The Mr Manager come to help me immediately with smile and patient He explained me all I needed and help in person to put my car to wash I wish this kind of SERVICE in my country USA Nice to see the Orlen team service is on highest international level All the best for Station 4262 in Trakt Brzeski Warsaw Thank you Mr Manager you are excellent example for your team Thank you
