First of all they didn t send the package 7 days after I paid When I asked when they ll send it the response I got was something like It will arrive when it arrives The earrings I bought were supposed to be 9k carat gold but what I received broke literally within the first minute of my partner trying it on Instead of 9k gold these earrings were two pieces of flimsy aluminium glued together Stay far FAR away from these people they are selling very cheap discoloured looking jewelry made in china Don t buy from here Edit customer service responded and they suggested that we broke it We need to visit a physical store in Lisbon to get it checked and if it s deemed bad usage we won t get our money back They are completely ignoring the fact that this is not a real 9k gold earring but two pieces of aluminium glued together and that s why it broke immediately They ordered it from ali baba or another chinese vendor for couple of cents and are reselling it for a 100 times that amount I won t get my money back and my gf has nothing for her birthday
