Pregnancy pillow was cheap and flat This is NOT a UK based company I paid 50 for this pillow which came from China in really poor packaging The label is all Chinese so I have no clue about washing instructions I requested a refund only to find out I have to pay for the shipping and VAT to return to France The amount this will cost is not worth the return Cheap goods long delivery refunds not feasible due to cost of return STAY CLEAR FROM THIS SCAMMING NON UK COMPANY

Avoid this company

The back brace was supposed to be for a medium size adult but after waiting weeks for delivery the item was so small it would fit a child Also if I d known it was coming from China and not the UK as stated I would have used a different company Too expensive to return Avoid this company at all costs

Ordered a pair of shoe insoles which was delivered by courier unattended outside of my property Needless to say item went missing by the time I got back from work Got in touch with courier company who admitted to their own fault in leaving item outside Let merchant know about it told them to please get in touch with courier company to resolve this as advised by courier company and to proceed with a refund Sent two emails no answer Sent a further email saying if refund claim not processed I d get in touch with a bank to issue a dispute which I did as no reply from Orthopulse Avoid

I think I have been stung

I ordered ear plugs over three weeks ago now I was sent an email to say that my order has been dispatched I tried contacting this company by phone only to be answered by a recorded message in french though the company pretended to be uk based I have sent several emails but there was no more response I stated in my last email that this business should refund my money as I have bought the earplug at my local chemist for less no response to date If anyone is thinking of patronising this business please save yourself money and avoid the stress of chasing an order that will never arrive Someone ought to do something to stop this business from causing missery to unsuspecting customers

Dreadful scam company

Dreadful scam company Wish I had seen all these negative reviews before I ordered anything They do not answer basic questions My order took a long time to arrive and wanted to know the dispatch location They are not a UK company it appears they dispatch from another country and no doubt won t be able to return without expense outweighing the cost of the item I received the item and it is nothing like the images it is a very cheap and nasty piece of material that does nothing for posture correction The straps were already coming away before I ve even put it on so it really should be refunded as it is not useable for its intended purpose They will not disclose where they dispatch their merchandise from I m sure they will also find some excuse as to why they cannot refund the faulty item HMRC might be interested in their business practices
