ZERO STARS
Zero stars Ordered sandals which arrived far too Late Poor quality Have been trying to contact the company to find out how to return the sandals both by email and phone calls Just get a recorded message when phoning saying they are busy DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Have learnt my lesson Seeking a refund via American Express and reporting to Trading Standards

Please do not buy from this company
Please do not buy from this company they do not allow you to return items therefore not able to get a refund Every time I email I get an automated response Took over a month for delivery absolute shambles please do not waste your money

Avoid - poor
Got a dispatch notice took another week and a half before they were delivered The shoes delivered were not the same as those photos on the website Poor quality and not supportive Same experience as others - any request for help gets an out of office from Robert referring to staff holidays and no response

Oops
Oops purchased a pair of cloud walk shoes before researching this company Got the usual reply to my email asking for returns info Anyways went on to my banking app Barclays in this case and selected the transaction It gave me options to detail what went wrong with the transaction Completed the questionnaire and hey presto the funds were credited back to my account within 5 mins Would assume that all reputable banks support this so give it a try good luck

You re here because you realised you got scammed
V poor quality cheap shoes complete opposite to what is described on the website Had to get money back via paypal which was easy tbf But I know many people may not be able to especially those who aren t good with technology and just wanted some good orthopedic shoes V poor communications Took over 3 weeks to arrive too Awful plastic

No way to send them back SCAM
Shoes took a long time to arrive When they did arrive they were miles too small I straight away contacted them to try to return I got what i thought was a reassuring reply from Robert Green explaining that they were experiencing a backlog and staff holidays I waited another two weeks then recontacted them only to get the same reply No way of sending them back Not happy

Very poor
Very poor Took over three weeks for shoes to arrive no response to email queries and tracking didn t show the shoes moving for most of that time The post office were awaiting delivery when they finally arrived they were not good quality smelt of chemicals didn t fit properly and were not what I expected I have emailed orthostride twice asking to return them They acknowledged receipt with an automated message quoting staff shortages etc but no response since I read the reviews after ordering Don t make the same mistake

Do not buy from them
I bought shoes from them They were reduced but still 44 The delivery took almost 4 weeks when they arrived they were the size of a child though I ordered size 9 I contacted them 3 times regarding refund etc that was in October now 4 weeks later I still have not heard from them except automated emails claiming their customer support were very busy I doubt they actually care
