Never buy anything from them
Never buy anything from them zero communication they have ignored four emails so far and two calls go to voice mail randomly when you are waiting on hold They don t have a stock on the items listing pages so you will end up waiting for an item that will never come even after you get the OsoGrandeKnives com Order Confirmation email Just shop around more for a different seller horrible service

Ordered a knife in July They listed they were moving for several months apologizing for shipment delays ok it is corona season-maybe I ll wait it out Never once responded to emails and they never answer the phone-it goes immediately to voicemail stating it s outside business hours no matter when you call Do not buy from them-I am contacting BBB Positive reviews are to bait you in

Ordered a knife early July and they still haven t processed the order and now their web site says they are relocating and will not answer emails or ship anything until 07 SEPT Do not order from these folks I ordered the same knife from Amazon and it showed up two days later for a cheaper price and free shipping

Bad customer relations
My Bank made a mistake and cancelled a purchase due to our card being hacked The initial contact from Oso Grande stated that my wife and I stole from them and they couldn t understand why we would steal a knife from hard working people like themselves I called them and paid for the knife The sales manager stated they they were frustrated because criminals steal from them all the time and was not even remotely interested in hearing my complaint on the content of the email written by his employee Would recommend never doing business with them They do not know how to build good customer relations and care not to learn

OsoGrandeKnives didn t make the cut
I ordered a knife as a present for someone and paid extra for expedited shipping I never got an email that it was shipped I called the company EVERY DAY for 4 consecutive days left a voicemail message and sent a message through their website I never talked to a human being and my messages were never answered Now almost an entire month later I got an email that the knife has been shipped and my card was charged Expedited shipping does not mean 27 DAYS LATER I DO NOT HAVE ANY USE FOR THIS KNIFE NOW I would like to return it but am not paying minimum 20 restocking fees and return shipping for their horrific negligence That s assuming I even end up receiving it
