I ordered the Hendrix in a beautiful blue it arrived today and was excellently packaged no chance of it getting damaged Opening it up I knew straight away I would love it when I had it all unpacked tissue on the hardware etc I was really pleased Sometimes ordering online can be a bit of a disappointment but I m very happy with my bag excellent quality

I visited the Outlet shop on Monday morning and I have to say what a lovely experience it was not only was the stock of the highest quality I had not come across the product before but the Sales assistant was delightful as well I managed to buy a few christmas presents as well as a great pair of sunglasses and then left the store only to return a few minutes later to buy another stash Will certainly go back

Outstanding customer service

I have 3 Osprey Hendrix bags and last year I spotted a guitar strap for my black Hendrix bag but different colours to the one I had originally purchased that I absolutely LOVED I contacted Osprey customer service in the hope of purchasing one After 3 weeks and out of the blue they contacted me to let me know that they had found a guitar strap in the colours I wanted and sent it too me Thank you Osprey Why Osprey don t sell guitar straps in varying colours on their own without the bags I do not understand
