Great positive experience moving back to the UK

I used OSS to move from Brisbane Australia to the UK and it was a really positive experience in what was a very stressful time The packing crew were friendly nothing was too much trouble for them and the office staff were always professional and responsive to my many queries I found them to be competitively priced and it didn t take too long for our car and effects to depart Brisbane in a shared container Would recommend

Honestly happy with OSS

We were happy with the service OSS provided when relocating us from QLD Australia to the UK Misha was helpful and provided guidance the packers were friendly and worked hard they did pack a couple of not to be packed items but it wasn t a show stopper to us In the UK OSS were helpful on time and extremely flexible to our delivery requirements I honestly found them very good and would recommend them to others

Fantastic Quality Service

I just want to send you a quick note about how wonderful your staff have been so far Misha came to Stradbroke to measure and quote for our move to Los Angeles Misha was very professional and easy to communicate with in this very stressful time for us She has made this part of the move as easy as possible for us We certainly feel that we are in good safe hands The two gentlemen that packed and collected our things were fantastic I think their names were Josh and Emmanuel The pack was efficiently and thoughtfully completed Again we felt that our things were safe and well cared for Josh and Emmanuel were very well mannered and easy to have in our home

OSS - stress free experience

OSS were very efficient right from our first inquiry Their shipment size assessment and quote were accurate the timing of collection organized to suit our plans the packing and materials used were of excellent quality no damage there were no problems with Customs documentation clearing agents in the USA and the shipment arrived early The crew who delivered and unpacked the container in the US commented several times on the high standard of packing and quality of cartons particularly those used for the antique furniture Can highly recommend them

I was having trouble with my move and OSS stepped in and took over the shipment packing when my things arrived in the US from Australia everything was packed so well that nothing was broken Furniture was completely wrapped I did have communication problems with the US delivery agent and OSS handled that professionally as well Any move is tough I have shipped 3x and this move with OSS was the best Easy to follow lots of updates

Excellent service

The team came to our house in Sydney and packed everything up for us I can t fault them It was quick professional and they took care of all our belongings Everything then arrived in UK as expected No problems Communication with the OSS team was always excellent I d definitely use them again

Both Cory and Ben just like when they packed my possessions previously were absolutely nothing short of amazing and fantastic to deal with Nothing was any issue for them to sort out and OSS are extremely professional and an excellent company to deal with

Amazing OSS

A wonderful experience Absolutely stress free The entire team have been extremely helpful and approachable at all times From the moment of consultation with the sales manager Craig and working with Gabbie who was the move manager everything was explained so clearly and no question was too hard The move crew on the day of pack up were phenomenal Friendly careful respectful and efficient when packing up our entire home Thank you OSS for a seamless and wonderful first experience

The worst company we could have picked

We moved a year and a half ago from Australia to Italy The process was smooth up until we payed after that it became a horrible experience The moving team completely ignored how we named and numbered our boxes and did their own thing result When we finally received our boxes 5 of those were and still are missing We didn t get any communication by the shipping team until we prompted them and followed up sales team said shipping was going to take 2 months we received our boxes more than 5 months later The company they used in The Netherlands sent a poor overworked overtired mover who didn t tell us he was going to be late then called at 11pm wanting to unload 5 cubic metre of stuff then told us he was coming at 6am and ended up arriving at 11am because he slept in He unloaded everything so quickly I didn t have a chance to check the boxes After one day we realised 5 of them are missing and we contact them immediately Not only we ve been completely ignored and told we were wrong but also the insurance claim we filed for the missing boxes and broken items was 100 dismissed The worst company ever we won t ever use them ever again
