Love this pillow

I bought the eye mask last year so I thought I would give the new pillow a try I have been using my new pillow for a week and I have no neck pain I would recommend this if you wake up with neck pain

Life saving socks

The compression socks are amazing I m a doctor and I use the socks during my 24h shifts and I can t explain how much of a life savior they are They are comfortable breathable just the right amount of pressure and they look amazing Plus I have 2 years using them and I would recommend them 100

A travel pillow that works

Purchased Ostrichpillows after much online research and they lived up to our expectations From the comfort and support to the great design and compactness to the quality and wonderful customer service everything was 10 10 Tested them out on a long haul international flight and all of us were able to get some comfortable rest Had a minor warranty issue and Aurora was able to handle the issue to my complete satisfaction Would definitely recommend especially to frequent travellers and anyone on a long haul flight

Shocked by negative reviews I have nothing but great experiences

I am honestly shocked by all the negative reviews for Ostrichpillow I have been ordering their products for years and I have never had anything but a positive experience I pretty much own one of each and multiples of some The Heatbag has changed my life It s THE BEST microwaveable heat product I have ever owned I now own 3 of them and multiple inserts One I keep in the freezer for cooling The travel pillow is also the best I have ever owned The bed pillow is my napping pillow for my couch and it s the perfect size and shape I use the light versatile pillow for couch naps too It may look strange but it really keeps the light out I am intrigued by the new mini handy pillow that recently came out

Nice pillow Arrived the next day

The travel pillow arrived very quickly was well packaged and is excellent quality The cover fabric is very nice and the pillow insert feels great I think it will be good for traveling It would be great if they offered a smaller size for those of us with shorter necks but otherwise it is excellent

Very poor customer service

I bought two Ostrichpillow eye masks through a Kickstarter campaign - I was going to give them as Xmas presents The two masks arrived from China with packaging so flimsy that the boxes they were in were squashed and contorted They certainly cannot be given as Xmas presents looking like this I have sent many emails asking for a replacement or a refund and have received extremely poor customer service in two emails that have not appeared to take me seriously The second email said I could return the masks at my own cost to the USA and then they would issue a refund I have bought Ostrichpillow goods before and have liked them However this experience has taught me not to deal with companies who don t understand the legislation around distance-selling and who don t care about customer satisfaction
