Bought some shoes Loved the shoes but there was a really small issue with the shoe bags that they came with having some marks on them This was a tiny issue that wouldn t have affected the usage but as they were for my wedding I was being a little picky groomzilla maybe I called Oswin Hyde and they immediately sent me a return label and switched out the shoes and the bags I honestly can t fault their customer service at all and I really love the shoes I suspect my shoe collection will have a few more OH pairs in the near future
