Quality excellent returnprocess very disappointing

Dress is really nice but returnprocedure is not very friendly Getting a return label was quite a challenge Then I sent my returnitem back on October 5th and haven t yet received any confirmation whatsoever Since it s October 15th I think that s rather disappointing So quality of the goods is excellent but I m not sure if I would order again Update October 23 2024 after this review on October 15th I got a really fast reaction from O tay that my refund had been processed Today the amount of my refund still is not in my credit card account Also had to pay 20 - for return shipment Very disappointed in the whole process Think that was my last order
