Great product

Great product fast shipping and good communication re order status invoicing I would buy more products Haven t needed to claim warranty but the products seem good so far I don t see why I would need to I use the headlamps frequently for work in dark dirty environments

Very positive experience

I ordered three and was sent a small key ring lamp as a bonus The delivery was prompt and the packaging secure The lights on the headlamp and they keyring device are amazing - almost too bright So bright that one has to make sure to avoid looking at someone s face eyes directly I have tried many head lamps and these are unquestionably the best and most powerful I found them so good that I promptly ordered another 4 to give to my family and friends

I still wait for this Othello lamps

Later edit The Othemo lamps are great The waiting time was longer that I expected but i can use some to make Christmas gifts I still wait for this Othello lamps almost two month of waiting for it

Fixing a Glitch

There was a slight hiccup with my order and I informed the company Within less than 12-hours I had received response from Denise that my message had been received and that the order had been fixed without any effort needed on my part The new item is already being shipped out Denise provided excellent customer service and made me feel like Othemo is a company that backs up their product and supports their customers needs Thanks Denise and Othemo Five stars for excellent customer service

A game changer After wearing using one of these head torches you will wonder why they were ever designed any other way The light spread from the unit is superb the ergonomics of the design sublime and the comfortable strap and band design are an absolute winner This should be nominated for a design award it s that good Other head torches feel clumsy and second rate by comparison and the battery life from a single charge is impressive too If you are working in tight spaces especially this light will surpass any expectations you will have from it So good I bought seven
