We rented a car from Otoq to get around Crete I chose them due to the good reviews and low deposit Rental was done at Chania Airport we met in the Arrival area and we were showed where to pick up the car from Our flight was late however they waited for us The paperwork signing took no more than 5 minutes The car had no issues Communication and instructions were clear We d absolutely recommend this company

I chose the company because of the reviews That s why I wanted to add my comment I rented the vehicle for an 8-day Balkan tour When we went to the office right behind the parking lot Eldar welcomed us with a smiling face He was very helpful in everything and very fast All documents required for border crossing were ready in the vehicle We completed our tour without encountering any problems Our return delivery took 5 minutes I would like to thank them very much for their friendly attitude and the trust they gave me If I were to go to Sarajevo again it would definitely be my first choice

Cars operated by a Greek company - possibility to buy full insurance directly from them when picking up the car - then they don t block the deposit on your credit card and you return the car at the airport which is convenient The fuel policy was full tank - full tank which was great as well Communicative staff I highly recommend
