I like the options available - good balance between allowing people to make use of free version and making paid version a step up The word identification is quite good and I love the question summarizing features for after the recording is done I use it as a student and it s been quite helpful in that sense

This is a game changer tool for work I use Otter ai to assist with all of my meetings It logs the call and you can use the AI for questions DURING the call If you missed something you can look back at the transcript or ask the AI tool to summarize If you forget anything it s easy to find what you re looking for It summarizes next steps and follow up emails beautifully and makes sure no detail is left behind I never show up unprepared to customer calls anymore and it is much easier to be present during the call instead of taking notes in a rush This has been truly valuable to me

Very helpful for transcribing interviews in multiple languages

I m so glad I found Otter ai after unsuccessfully trying several different transcription softwares It saved me so much time transcribing interviews for my masters research It was particularly helpful in my case where the interviews were translated into English One helpful feature is that it tracks the exact place in the transcription while the audio is playing I will definitely keep using otter ai for my transcription needs
