This company has repeatedly denied my application according to there underwriting department the reason why they denied credit is that insufficient income for amount of credit requested it s totally false statement I have income that is directly deposited into my bank account which if the underwriting department look closely to the bank verification they require they will see that I have source of income Scit is my employer

They need to let people know how much

They need to let people know how much income is required I m always getting referred to this through a third party website and everytime im always denied due to insufficient income in which I get paid on a weekly basis and my account is in the thousands

I like how it was fast

I like how it was fast but their rates are too high which I feel is a scam They say they are there to help but yet give you a 3000 payback How is that helping And I hate how I have to call them to pay it off and then when they say they will get it They don t take it out of your bank until the end of the business day Or the next day I would not recommend them

I had to sign documents twice and yet i still don t have my money that i was told would be in my account today its urgent that i had the money before i went to work I m very upset

Website not working

I can t even get on to the website to view my account And I sent an email about this and was told to give them a call to address the issue But twice I had called and both times was on hold for over 30 minutes before I just hung up The call wait times are horrendous I don t understand how it takes so long to update a website that should have been done a long time ago

Otter Lending is sketchy and dishonest I have explained that they have incorrect banking information They stated they can t change the banking information or start a new application They only communicate if you owe them money Stay away from this Otter Lending

This was a very difficult process

This was a very difficult process I applied Saturday their system kept glitching but was able to finally finish was approved for 1125 signed documents then according to paperwork payment was supposed to be made this morning which I desperately needed with medical situation I called today and no funds spoke with two representatives saying that they still had system issues and hoped it would be fixed Then on top of that after 2 days of not knowing as they said they still had a final review they declined it after all that With income verification and job fully employed working for a bank myself this was extremely disappointing I have screenshots showing approval and amount signed documents then suddenly get declined
