If I could give a zero I will the customer service it s awful no one answer your email and no good received still after a week AVOID AVOID

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing Avoid at all costs customer service non existent had to chase order only to be told sorry it got forgotten

Poor customer service

I wish I had read the previous reviews but had used this company in the past with no issue However it seems to have changed in the past few months I am currently waiting for an order which is now well outside the 5-7 days they promised and I am unable to get hold of anyone to find out what has happened They ve taken the money and there s no way to cancel the order otherwise I would simply have gone elsewhere at this point Really disappointed and won t be using them in future

SCAM Suspect a SCAM website to take money from parents looking to get gifts for their children Shameful Order made Order number provided Money taken Then nothing Chased on email No response Chased on website Nothing No phone number Progressing chargeback through bank

Horrendous Scam Do not order They WILL take your money and not send you the product No communication No contact number Just an email address that won t respond

Terrible I took the box I ordered to my Granddaughters for Xmas I ordered x 3 items and a as shocked to see only one item in large box No contact number red flag Very annoying and I didn t think I needed to check

So I got this response on Tuesday I ve since sent them a reply 5 times but have never heard back If you read the email she says I should check the pick up shop There is no pick up shop she s basically just trying to deny they have not sent the dolls I only received one box to my home address the delivery person took a photo I have told themThis but no answer DONT BUY FROM THEMHi DebraI m sorry to hear that there has been some confusion here You were sent two parcels the get well room was one large box and there is a smaller box with the remaining items in it Both were delivered to the pick up shop so you will need to check there as we have sent you all the itemsPlease let me know once you check they still have the second parcel for you If it has been left too long they will sometimes send it back to us but it would be quicker to check with the pick up shop in this instance firstly I look forward to hearing from youAprilCustomer Champion

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service Avoid Placed order 30th December for daughter s birthday Multiple emails and messages have gone IGNORED Today they have cancelled my order 16th January with zero communication Awful company
