My husband and I decided at the last minute to visit outback in Tuscaloosa Alabama We asked for Amber since we had such good service last time Considering how busy it was we got our food quickly We got an onion and salad immediately Just got started on our salad and here comes the rest of our food Service was so quick our tea glasses stayed full Service from Amber was incredible We ll definitely be back

As usual I had an excellent experience with Jaenine as my server She always remembers me and what I order She always has a big smile and giggle in her voice Always a pleasure when Jaenine is my server Oh the food is good too

The staff make the dining experience here in Gainesville John the manager was friendly and very interested to assure everything was perfect Angelica was my server this time and she was fantastic Joe was my server last time - he s a load of fun And if you are dining solo you won t feel out of place here Oh and the food is great

We were delighted by the reception and the service at your restaurant in North Myrtle Beach Especially the host Reba the outstanding service by Megan and finally the manager Theresa that checked with us if everything was at our satisfaction

Our server was Wade N at the Ashland KY Outback steakhouse 1802 Very friendly and courteous He dealt with my Grandkids many questions with a smile and respect Always keeping us up to date on our order Food was great and Wade made our experience enjoyable

Dined In the fern creek location last Friday the 14th our servers name was Chasity service was phenomenal far exceeded our expectations she was polite attentive and just all around very sweet girl We ve dined in before and have seen her she always as a smile and is so sweet and our food was delicious Thank you fern creek for having such smiling faces to take of our dining experience

Staff assistance above and beyond

My three sisters and I go out to eat for each of our birthdays The birthday girl chose Outback for the meal We were accompanied by her husband and each ordered a steak His steak turned out good while the rest of our steaks were underdone to suit our taste The waitress Kim was very helpful in correcting our order While eating her steak my oldest sister started choking when a piece of steak went down wrong Kim was at the table just after this and assisted my sister by doing the heimlich maneuver The owner came to the table and asked how we were doing and asked it everything was ok since he had heard we had a problem with our order and we told him what Kim had done When he found out it was one sister s birthday he sent 2 desserts over for us As far as i am concerned we were given excellent treatment from the owner on down to the waitress I will be forever greatful to Kim for her assistence
