Scam stay away
I placed my order and everything went OK in the beginning I got the confirmation of the order and I could see the order under my profile in outrdoor49 com The order status said The order is in process I waited 2 weeks for shipping information but no luck They don t reply to my emails and the phone line is just an answering machine with automated loop that says Please stay on hold while the customer service is available I paid with VISA and luckily with the help of my bank the transaction was refunded

Bought a product and payment went through however after a while they claimed they didn t actually have it in stock only got a a fraction of the cost reimbursed despite their mistake Would recommend to avoid

Ordered a product and 5 days later I see it cancelled on their website There isn t a single phone number to call It s all web forms and on the first request I got an email back from John Wick stating that my package would ship in 4 days 5 days later is cancelled Now I m trying to figure out how to get my money back

This is a scam site avoid Give your money somewhere else AI generated reply said my order was gonna ship after a week Then nothing Got some email from a human that said the color of the tent was sold out Been asking them to cancel and refund the order multiple times for more than a week No more replies It s obvious they just try to stall the process and has no intention to deliver any goods
