Sadly I had to return the North Face boots as too small but the service from outdoor kit was perfect start to finish Prompt despatch of order then prompt confirmation of return and refund Be aware that you need to pay for returns but this is clearly stated and justified I believe and they did refund the initial delivery charge as returned within 2 weeks so only return to pay

Bought a pair of north face trousers when they arrived they weren t a right fit for me so I phoned up and spoke to a guy named nick and asked if he could put a pair of Montane trousers to one side ready to mail out upon me returning the north face this was absolutely no trouble I returned them on Monday afternoon my Montane were with me by wednesday dinner first class customer service well done
