Good communication from the seller My pole section was delivered by Parcel Force and were very well packaged which meant they were in perfect condition Due to a mistake on my part I thought I had received the wrong item Despite this I received a prompt and friendly response to my complaint I have bought other products from this firm and their customer service is excellent
