A super fast process and I received my order within a few days - all in total super order Top service and I can only recommend other to use same store

Was very skeptical at first ordering from the Netherlands but it was the best price by far and used PayPal for security I wasn t getting a tracking or account confirmation from outdoorXL so I e-mail several times without response On the third day and 3rd e-mail I finally got a call from the Netherlands and they informed me that not only had they had responded with 3 e-mails but that my shipment was delivered yesterday They even knew my receptionists name All the frustration was because their e-mails were being blocked by my office New Mantra 5 skis arrived with binding mounted and they look beautiful Even what looks like a fresh coat of wax Box was a bit tattered but that s on UPS and no damage Awesome checkout Great price super fast mounting and delivery Great customer service to not only respond but to call me in the US and check up with me I will buy tons more from them

I was very concerned about ordering from the Netherlands but the price was right and after several email exchanges with their customer service I decided to give it a try I placed my order on Tuesday and by Friday by brand new skis and bindings were arriving at my door in Texas in great shape WOW I would highly recommend Outdoor XL and use them again

Cannot fault this company at all Managed to deliver a Kayak from the Netherlands to the Uk in under the 3 days they said it should take and the customer service was great Michiel was very helpful in advising me the best pump and paddles which were both discounted I would not fail to use them again

I looked all over the internet for Zipfit liners in my size and could only find them here I was initially reluctant to order on-line from a company in the Netherlands but after checking various sources and reviews of the company was satisfied and decided to order from them The price was terrific and delivery was super quick The liners arrived in the US within a week When they arrived I saw that the seller had inadvertently forgotten to remove the electronic security tag I emailed them half expecting my email would be ignored but got an immediate response from Janna offering a number of practical solutions Fantastic service I am a happy customer and highly recommend this company Thanks

They did me right I ordered a Pieps avy kit that was advertised with a 300mm probe but came with a 260mm probe Small complaint but I intentionally got it for the longest probe possible I wrote them kindly and they shipped me a 300mm probe and let me keep the 260mm Very kind Great customer service Very much appreciated Thank you
