I have used Outfittery for a few months and just decided to cancel my subscription After being billed the wrong amount and then trying to resolve this issue I have written Outfittery at 3 separate occasions without getting a single reply back simply not professional Their call service tried 2 times also just shut down the call automatically I would not recommend this company to anyone

Terrible Experience with Outfittery - Charged for Returned Item I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Outfittery and it was an absolute nightmare I purchased a box of clothes online only to find out it didn t fit when it arrived No problem right Wrong When I tried to return it they made the process so complicated and time-consuming But that s not even the worst part They had the audacity to charge me for the returned item Absolutely disgraceful Their customer service was unhelpful and indifferent showing no empathy whatsoever I felt cheated and disrespected as a customer Needless to say I will never be shopping at Outfittery again and I advise others to steer clear unless they want to deal with the same headache and financial loss

Outfittery automatically signed me up without even notifying me Next minute I get an email saying my delivery is on the way Tried contacting them and response time was awful Royal Mail returned the box to them as I was not in Told then account would be deleted and thought that would be the end of it Weeks later I receive a payment email saying I owe over 400 Emailed Outfittery saying I never ordered or received anything Told on 05 Jun that they could see items were returned and my account would again be deleted Wrong Email 12 Jun saying I owe 44 99 for item I kept Awful company and will no doubt take them ages to reply to my email sent today

Taken my details from Stitch fix Asked me to register online but didn t now i have 400 worth of clothes The selection is awful as well I ve tried contacting customer service when I first got the email to say the box was being dispatched but no luck Customer service looks like they have given up No response on their instagram page either

Think I ve been totally scammed

Information sent on from the collapsed Stitchfix charged 463 95 for a box of clothes I returned that I never ordered Returns address in Northampton I dont think even exists My bank says its Royal Mail s fault for not getting a proof of signature on the box so I m really stuck trying to get this huge amount of money back for overpriced clothes that are god know where
