I ordered a stamp - branding iron I wasn t 100 sure of what I needed size depth etc A member of the team couldn t have been more helpful The support and guidance was excellent The branding iron arrived extremely quickly with instructions but there was also the opportunity to use a QR code and get comprehensive instructions to use the iron and attachment I couldn t be more happy with the product absolutely fantastic The quality workmanship and service were outstanding Thank you so very much
