Best Decision Ever

I decided to try Outsourced Doers this Spring and honestly it was one of the best decisions I ve made for my business There are some people who can do it all I m not one of them I m a creative and I m a conceptualizer but I did not have the skills or will or time to do all that was necessary to launch my online coaching business That was where OD came in and saved me They provided an amazing guide for how to launch my coaching service but most importantly they provided a wonderful assistant who constantly executed my ideas From video assistance to account set ups to posting regularly to researching vital information to listening to me brainstorm her assistance was the key in going from idea to reality OD vets their assistants and they have clear and strict guidelines for them to follow They train them in key skills for a business and will match you with what you re looking for They will also upgrade their training and to help foster a mutually respectful relationship between the Founder me and the Doer assistant Thank you Outsourced Doers for helping to make my dreams come true If you work with them just make sure you keep track of when your contract ends and contact them at least a month prior to let them know if you want to continue or not so they do not automatically continue to charge you

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with our Doer and am so grateful to OD for helping train her and get her started with our team Her value to the team is immeasurable and everyone really likes having her to lean on in crunch times I know we would not be where we are as a company if it weren t for our Doer Making the decision to hire her 6 months ago was the best decision we ve made as a company Sometimes I feel guilty that we aren t utilizing her full skillset and training some of those skills don t fit our specific business model but her contribution to our business and our team is beyond worth it

This company provides a tremendous opportunity to outsource vampire tasks that task that interrupts the content needed to grow your company If you are new to building a business there is a learning curve The process of bringing your Doer into your business requires the founder to do the incubator work Consider it onboarding your new employee
