Oliver helped me with a

I ve been a customer with OVH for a little over a year and have not had any problems in that time I needed to relocate a server from Sydney to the UK and whilst there is no specific service available was advised to create an new one month server in London and migrate the system from Sydney The existing contract would then be transferred to the new server This I did with the advice of Oliver who was very responsive and guided me through the process Oliver s assistance was first class all through this is the second time Oliver has provided me with support The service works and is good value

The 5 stars are for the customer support staff I would give only 3 5 stars to the company as we waited over 4 hours for our 2 boxes to go live It is quoted as setup in 120 seconds - dropped the ball there OVH

Amazing support Thanks Oliver

I experienced some issues with installation of the operating system on my server which were out of my control so I contacted support were I was connected to Adam who was very helpful and sorted me out with a refund so I could purchase a server in a different data center The customer service was excellent so I would highly recommend OVH

Ovh is the best Datacenter in the World
