Terrible company AVOID
Terrible company AVOID Customer service said my gas usage was 230921 units in 362 days Unable to get the information online as the company cannot give this Information until end of July 2018 just after my renewal date I would sooner go back to candlelight and log fires than carry on being a customer of Ovo

OVO PAYGTerrible Terrible Terrible Please prepare yourself for great prices on energy during the summer periods and then for your energy prices to quadruple over winter months for the same usage Don t even bother wasting your energy trying to discuss the fact that your household occupation has not changed or usage or the fact that it has only been happening since replacement of faulty meter took place I won t begin to retell the faulty meter scenario which took 10 hours to replace on the coldest day of the year This company could not care less about their consumers or their wellbeing and run on the fact that the majority are too busy to continually switch companies If you have not already switched companies please do not be fooled by this company and rather make an informed decision based on repution and not cheap deals Do not switch to OVO

Worst ever
Do not use this company Whilst they may appear cheap and ethical throughout the first year of your contract they will certainly change E g they will bombard you with emails to increase your payments if you contact them they will lie about an arbitrary date when your account was in arrears The only reason it was in arrears is because OVO as always over estimate consumption I have been consistently in credit and yet I am consistently being told demand I increase my DD which by the way I will not and have informed the bank not to do so Please please do not sign up this company they are charlatans crooks and thieves Please read recent court ruling re OVO fined for overcharging customers

Was moved to Ovo when EE went bust on
Was moved to Ovo when EE went bust on 12th January Still waiting for Ovo to confirm the switch which they said would be done by 2nd February so I can move to another supplier as Ovo are about 40 more expensive Customer service is a joke - emails are replied to with standard letters which do not address the points made Tried phoning and was told another 2 weeks 3 weeks ago Meanwhile I am having to pay their inflated prices

Stolen my money
Stolen my money after Lumo switch automatic for this company i had more than 200 pounds and they stolen 150 pounds in the first month I want my money back pay the same that I payed with lumo if you guys change it s not mu problem You new customer if don t want problem try find another compay

Terrible customer services
Terrible phone service and email is no better They have no facility to put my name as well as my partner s on the account and hide behind data protection to avoid speaking to me direct We have a meter issue and our house renovation is now on hold due to rotten floor under the meter until OVO respond to our query Which they will not do Very very unhappy

Avoid this company
Don t use OVO boost they rip you off and give false debt avoid and if you re caught in this situation claim compensation because they will continue to fob you off with excuses as their customer service is useless and they will blame you for everything so if you can change supplier I highly recommend leaving boost OVO energy

Ovo have been the absolute worst
Ovo have been the absolute worst company I have ever had the miss fortune to have to deal with From day one of moving into the property they were causing issues for us and now after having left them 6 months ago they are still sending incorrect bills and welcome packs None of the staff are helpful and or polite and most certainly don t have a clue what they are talking about I would never recommend this company to anyone the sooner they close their doors the better This business deserves to close and to never give another person bother again

Awful I only switched to them as an interim supplier as they were the provider when I moved house I believed that I had switched away from them within the 14 day cooling off period but because of small print technicalities very deeply buried in the terms and conditions they insisted on charging me the exit fee Customer services were unyeilding Money grabbing
