To whom may I concern I have a complaint about your employee I was on holiday in Trieste and I was shopping in Oviesse Torri shopping mall twice that day 12th of December 2018 Second time around 5 pm your employee Vicky was very very rude Actually she didn t want to use my loyalty card made that day Apart of her excuse that is not possible because she did the payment already she was putting blame on me that is my fault that I didn t notify her that I have loyalty card Even if I was showing her desperately all bills and receipts with discount which I got that day for becoming a loyalty customer But also she did not even ask me as she asked two boys before me Why because I m a woman Or because I m a foreigner Or some other reason She did not care and was very rude with her attitude take one more discount and next time do the points I went very angry and on the same time humiliated in front of the other people but her colleague who was very nice stopped me and did the points for me So one more proof that it was possible I could understand from my experience that she had bad daym but still Vicky did not stop with her behavior and she was ironically shouting after me arrivederci arrivederci SHAME I should point that I work as a manager in other country in one branded shop very famous in the whole Europe and I know what is good customer service and how employees should act with the costumers Vicky s attitude is unacceptable I made effort to speak your Italian language and she was humiliating me in front of the others Such a shame Shall I ever come back again and shop in OVS Being afraid what attitude I ll get Best regards

Horrible service

Horrible service i am on a vacation and lost a bag in the store They are not at all co operating in finding it have they co operated in showing us the footage we could have easily got our belongings

Terrible customer support Refund never made

Stores and clothes are fine However their customer support is useless I would be surprised if there is indeed one I have been sending every day for the last 15 days an email about a refund that should have been made since last month and noone bothers to even answer I am prepared to loose my money and honestly I will never ever shop on line from them again

Staff training

While waiting in line to pay at the till a rude man pushed in front of me They need to train their staff to make sure customers respect general social rules one would expect in a civilised country The shop assistant went ahead and just served the man without taking much notice of my complaints

There is never anybody in the store to help Cash registers on almost all floors but never open You stand in line forever to pay on the ground floor

Princess who works in Abu Dhabi mall

Princess who works in Abu Dhabi mall branch is the worst rudest attitude person I have ever Experienced in my life she doesn t worth to work in such brand She is in professional She has no clue about dealing with customer she worth of termination today before tomorrowI will never ever buy anything from this place again as long as she is working there Sent her for education first and be selective to your staff other wise you will close very soon

Customer Service and system is corrupted

I have ordered items 9th December and it said I can receive it by Christmas But not only before Christmas it turned 30th December after I contacted the customer service for cancellation I contacted them for cancel so once the postman delivered here after that I rejected But OVS hasn t refund me money I even contacted them a customer service again but ignored and no response Please refund me money

absolutely disgusted by OVS never buying or entering the shop again Me and my sister went to OVS and we tried some things on after realizing we didn t like it we left the shop with out buying anything when walking out the shop we got chased and shouted at by this security guard saying we stole something i didn t think this was actually a guy from OVS as he had no label saying he was and i thought he was a kidnapper so i told my sister be careful and first of all i said run away as i thought he had something wrong with him He threatened to call the police after we said we don t want to go with you as we don t trust you and we said we will show you our bag and he said no come to OVS and we were a little creeped out as we said we can show our bag here After that we followed him but we said go 10 meters infront of us as we didn t trust him So we enter the shop and the guy says to the security guard at the front don t let them escape which i was horrified at then we go in show that we have nothing and then he says i don t believe you and takes us to the clothes and says why is there a tag in the pocket we say we don t know as we didn t put it in and he says i am calling the police or else you can show me what you have stole As we didn t steal anything we were crying and he had no reason to believe we were lying as he checked our bag and there was nothing from OVS After saying i will call the police a billion times and saying that we had something he finally let us go We are only kids and we were so sad and i will never go into that shop again
