Since I am using oxa to do breathing exercices I feel more relaxed and less stressed

Interesting product and great customer supportI have never heard of them and I was a bit skeptical when I first scrolled through their post I gave it a go and bought one Oxa Shirt My order arrived on time When I put on the t-shirt I couldn t get heart rate measurements I ve sent them an email to get some help from the customer support They explained me how to position the t-shirt etc and then I got my missing heart rate The customer support was very helpful in my opinion They gave me clear instructions in a kind tone to help me At first it feels a bit uncommon to wear the t-shirt you feel the electrodes a bit but after a while I got used to it and now I don t feel them So funny to see your breathing as a curve It feels like I am playing Floppy Bird D It is also funny to see that you see exactly when you start a sentence when you look at the breathing I am now digging into the breathing exercises We will see how it goes but so far I am glad that I ve spent the money

Revolutionary application I was in search for such an application to help me better manage anxiety by breathing the right way and I m glad I found Oxa

Sceptical before I knew it truly glad after I used it

I was sceptical to be honest I can truly say now it works it helps it does increase the body awareness which in my age 71 is highly important for a health conscious life And the app is just great Really glad I did decide for an Oxa
