Just a scam avoid and never use again I ordered 3 items value of 148 excuses like it went missing and delayed I used paypal for payment so I may have protection there items still not shown up and doubt they will Very bad company if it even exists DO NOT USE

I bought what looked like a lovely winter coat it took over three weeks to get here and when it did the item or no resemblance to the one advertised I contacted them their only response was to offer me 20 discount and keep the jacket or to pay 9 90 and choose anything from the shop They are telling me now that if I want a refund I have to return the coat to Hong Kong which is going to cost me more than I paid for the coat Avoid like the plague they lie

Scam company with zero returns policy contrary to the published information

Ordered in good faith confident given the 30 day no quibble returns policy Items did arrive unlike many other people however they were too small No labels on them at all and no sizing I contacted for the hassle free returns and started getting the run around This included an offer for 20 discount to give the items to family or friends I declined and they then insisted on photos of the items and confirmed return would be at my cost I took the photos emailed stating a demand for RMA and return address plus prompt refund and havent heard anything since Looking further this is a charade of a business that should not be allowed to trade Instagram shows many different businesses selling the same goods many with exactly the same sites when you go to shop now There is clearly no returns policy and I will be going to my credit card company for a refund I am one of the lucky ones it seems as at least I did get product just ill fitting Instagram should not allowed such businesses to trade on the platform AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Nothing like the picture Material is very cheap and nasty It s suppose to be a black cordoroy dress It s made so badly that I think I could have put it together better myself Absolute joke Scamming waste of money Possibly the worse thing I have ever bought online
