The Lowenstein Lena CPAP mask is not available in the USA Oxigo exported the Lena mask from The Netherlands to me in California USA in just a few days Eric was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to any email I recommend Oxigo highly for any CPAP equipment that is not available in USA but is available in The Netherlands
