Oyla is an incredible magizine for kids The articles and images make STEM come alive and draw kids in like magic My 11 year old reads it cover to cover when it arrives theres no stopping her She often goes back to articles from previous months when things come up in school I love reading Oyla too as a high school teacher

LOVE the content- ad free too

We absolutely love the scientific content- enriching and thought provoking My 10 year old finds the material challenging and we love to discuss it together with homeschooling as topics outside of our ddaily material The ad free aspect is perfect as well and makes it so much more worth the expense Worth every penny

What a great magazine for our family

We love this magazine We got it for our son but the entire family reads it The articles are far more in-depth than other nonfiction magazines we ve gotten in the past The topics are interesting and my son reads the magazine from cover to cover in a single sitting We ve watched documentaries and read books that related to articles in the magazine because the articles have inspired us to learn even more As a mom and a librarian I LOVE this magazine it s a higher reading level and provides such interesting well-written articles I absolutely recommend Oyla for families looking for a high-interest nonfiction magazine for young adults

Love the fact it has no ads The content is great and my goddaughter and her brother really enjoy them and read them cover to cover It s a great way to introduce kids to all the amazing things of this world that there are lots of different jobs and keep them learning new things in STEM subjects

Not just for kids Great magazine

We originally order this magazine for our granddaughter but I have to say my husband and I absolutely love the magazine ourselves The layout and articles are really superb This magazine is awesome for kids but maturely written so adults love it as much We ended up ordering the back issues and we keep them at our cabin

My 14 year old looks forward to this magazine every month and it s the only one that has held his attention for years now My 8 year old steals them after his brother has finished and loves them also whereas magazines like Highlights couldn t hold his attention It s a great birthday gift from Nana that they enjoy all year

I m homeschooling and my husband bought us a subscription I assign the kids an article summary once a week They read through the magazine and pick an article read and summarize it on a worksheet and are to be prepared to discuss it during school time It has opened up a lot of interesting and fun conversations
