Never buy from them
Never buy from them item cost 205 but they took 289 from my card wrote them straight away that i need a refund but no way they refunded me i don t think i will even get my item because that tracking number that they provided doesn t exist D Please stay away from this service

Do not trust this company
I ordered a phone stand for 5 49 but then was charged a Services charge of 19 95 When I contacted customer service to cancel the order the same day I made it they tell me it is already being processed and I will have to wait to receive the item and then return it for a refund Now there is another charge on my card from them for 38 with no explanation as to what it is for Do not trust this company they are a bunch of crooks and I am reporting them to the BBB as criminals I will have to have my card canceled and get another one Shame on them

When I ordered they say free delivery
When I ordered they say free delivery then you get extra charges for premium shipping don t fall for it then they tried to add frivolous charges twice to my card I ended up having to change my card card number I still don t know when I will get my order

If this was the last shop on earth I wouldn t use them
This is a terrible company they sneak an Eco charges onto orders after bamboozling you with offers through checkout process these cost aren t visible So be aware if ordering lower value items Deliver times were 72 hrs yet it took 10 days for goods to arrive asked for a refund they said they couldn t Customer service is a farce possibly a bot They won t actually answer questions you ask

Definitely a scam ordered a lamp for 19 49 they took an extra 13 95 which was not disclosed have cancelled my card after reading all the reviews absolutely disgusting company reported to my bank

Shocking company with no scruples
Shocking company with no scruples I was charged a 13 00 service charge on top of goods cost I reported it to Santander They then tried to take an additional unauthorised 29 99 from my card which because I d reported them to Santander they asked if genuine to which I said no Santander have now blocked any further claims from them Don t touch them with a barge pole

Took an additional charge of 29 item bought was only 36 without warning I have seen they have taken unauthorised payments from others too so have cancelled my card BUYER BEWARE
