I complained of static in my new Ozlo Sleepbuds and also that they are too big to fit my ear canals Their response was to try something else in spite of a 30-day return window I have lost confidence in this new company and all I want is to return them and to be refunded

10 days before they stopped working
I have had the Ozlo sleep buds for 10 days worked well and now the left side sleep bud is completely dead Have gone through all the refactor settings and nothing is working Huge disappointment considering the cost

Buyer beware
I recently purchased the sleep buds I spent 2 hours trying to get them to pair to an iPhone without any success I ve requested return instructions 3 times now and no response from customer support which can only be contacted by email

Avoid Ozlo Overpriced Overhyped and Awful Support
I had high hopes for Ozlo given its 300 price tag and premium marketing Instead I got a buggy frustrating product that feels like a beta test and a customer support experience that made it even worse Product Failures - Basic features like adjusting volume or restarting white noise require the mobile app which is a terrible design choice for a sleep product - When the auto timer finishes the earbuds disconnect entirely forcing you to go through an absurd multi-step process involving the case app and flashing LEDs just to reconnect them in the middle of the night This completely defeats the purpose of a sleep aid - After a firmware update connectivity got even worse Customer Support Nightmares - Sent multiple emails to support got ignored for over 24 hours despite this being a 300 device - When they did reply my simple question wasn t answered Instead they dumped a generic troubleshooting guide on me making me feel like an unpaid beta tester - I had to guess email addresses for leadership still no response from them after 48 hours Seems like they don t care - Even after repeated follow-ups I am in limbo waiting for a refund For this price a product needs to be damn near perfect instead Ozlo is a frustrating half-baked experience with terrible customer service If this were a 79 device I might be more forgiving But at this price hard pass 1 5 stars stay away
