Extremely Unhelpful
I have anxiety and going to large events alone is extremely challenging for me so when my all-time fav band came to town I asked one of my friends who helps me in these situations to attend with me Through a mix up my friend failed to acquire a ticket My wife reached out to Oztix to explain the situation and ask if we could move the ticket to the Sunday show as my show was sold out but Sunday had tickets still and my friend could attend with me so I could actually go Oztix s response was no they have people on the waitlist for the sold-out show and I will be bringing more people or in Oztix speak more I just need to switch the night and still no So now it s no show for me we can t afford another ticket so it s just over Thanks for literally nothing Oztix

Cancelled show Get your bank to dispute the transaction or you will be waiting forever for a refund
Can t reach a person Still waiting on a refund for a cancelled show My bank are disputing the transaction and suggested this may be the best way for those still waiting on a refund

Won t issue full refunds for cancelled or postponed events
I can t believe oztix are not fully refunding tickets for the postponed Sydney Dragway event from last weekend I emailed Oztix directly requesting a full refund and a certain member of their so called Customer Care Team was very rude in denying my request Very poor form Oztix never again

TERRIBLE WITH REFUNDS
2nd January-I bought 4 tickets to maximum 80 s in kryal castle they cancelled the event and then rescheduled to another date that I couldn t make I paid 395 80 and was only receiving 355 00 refund They place a booking and handling fee on each ticket so if a refund is required you will be left out of pocket 10 on each ticket I m left out of pocket 40 for an event that stuffed us around From the emails and other reviews of this agency they seem to cancel or postpone often 2 other events were cancelled at the same time I won t be booking through this agency again Disgraceful Update 5th January- Do not book with this company I am so disgraced of the handling of this company in regards to the refund policy I have been waiting since start of December for a refund due to concert being cancelled or postponed Finally the 27th of December I was acknowledged of receiving a refund and told to wait 15 days Now 5th January I receive an email to say that the refund process has changed and now need to supply bank details I will need to wait another 10 to 15 days Still not getting the original amount that I paid back 40 out of pocket Disgraceful seeing we are the ones being messed around and did not change the concert no loyalty to the customers

Oztix Falsey advertise scam and ignore customer support claims
If i could leave less stars i would Not only did oztix falsely advertise for the pandemonium rocks festival after 13 acts were reduced to 6 venue changed and stages slashed and they advertised the full lineup they also have some of the most disgusting and horrible customer support I ve ever experienced Countless times i contacted oztix through email and social media to only occasionally receive a copy and paste response from a bot and the rare occasion that i got in contact with a human i was swiftly ignored after providing evidence of my claims i have since opened cases with appropriate authorities to hopefully end this misconduct if you are considering purchasing a ticket maybe reconsider and good luck

Extremely rude staff
Extremely rude staff I applied for a job with them and had a very rude third party recruiter call me I contacted the client to give feedback on how offputting he was and spoke to two rude staff Colin and Ben who were equally condescending argumentative and obstructive in trying to convey this to their HR The first one kept talking over me giving impractical unsolicited advice then terminated my call- very classy The second one also spoke over me several times and I was forced to terminate the call on him Looking at their reviews they aren t pleasant to deal with in any capacity This company sounds like cancer and only hires cancer attitudes Utterly faceless lacking in professionalism and empathy and a devil may care attitude

Doesn t give full refunds
Oztix doesn t give full refunds on CANCELLED events Keeps a portion and doesn t give it back they claim those services are not part of the ticket and can only refund the base amount 24 is yet to be refunded meanwhile sites like Ticketek refund every cent when events are cancelled Absolutely horrible
