I ordered transfer in Belgrade from the city to Airport They took money from my card firstly money were pending but then transaction was done and then sent me e-mail that my order is rejected I sent a lot of requests about that on their services No money were returned Looks as scam Order number MP000D07

Do not use this company I had booked a transfer from Bucharest to airport I paid and the driver didn t respond to the phone at all I had to use the cab they are terrible disgusting and shameless company ever

Shady carrier
We order the transfer with p air from London Luton to London We arrived at the airport at 1 am in the night the bus was supposed to arrive at 1 20 am so we ran to the bus stop but when we got there there was just a small piece of paper with info that the next bus will arrive at 4 05 am we didnt want to wait for 3 hours so booked National Express which is a way better option Very shady carrier Never again

I booked a holiday in Benidorm in March and Expedia directed me to P-Airbus who advertised a 24 hour airport transfer A week before departing P-Airbus emailed me to say that they did not operate after 10 00 p m and I could claim a refund I have made three attempts at this The first two were requests and only generated an automatic response saying that it would be processed as soon as possible while the last was raised as a complaint and redirected me to another site PlusAirsolutions who knew nothing about this They suggested I take the matter to Expedia which I will do but meanwhile DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE this company
1 booked the right zone in wizzair page and paid charges 2 P-air claimed this is not the right zone 3 I showed the screenshot of the wizzair listed the city where I wanted to go 4 they wanted that I should pay more or reject the service 5 I asked for cancellation and asked my money should be payed back immediately 6 allegedly they informed wizzair and wizzair will pay my fee back within 30 days lots of mail call center wasting time still I do not know how I will get my moneyeven they did not say a sorry

I See I m not only one I buy ticket with my fly ticket They didn t send any info about pick up address no time tables After 10 emails disgusting emails sefvices very poor They still didn t answer only send me some links They send me a ticket after 10 days with no timetables I asked 10 times and still they don t give me Name person which send a emails for me After 5 emails with definitely cancel of my trip with them they try to scared me they refund after 30 days mayby DISGUSTING POOR

THESE NEED SHUTTING DOWNBasically same as everyone else me and my disabled partner were left standard twice by these They were not at the air port at all They were not outside my hotel on the return trip despite they confirmed over the phone during the day when they were coming and the location They didn t come They didn t answer their phones Very evasive customer service didn t apologise refused the refund lied to me and said they were there they were not And they cut off my ticket that I raised so I could no longer reply THESE NEED INVESTIGATING ASAP I almost missed my flight Absolute lying fraudsters
