In need of shipping update for customers

UPDATE The shipments that I had issues were have all been updated They were updated within 24 hours Thank you P2P Excellent customer service I am also giving P2P 5 stars because it looks like every one of my customer deliveries will be delivered in time for Christmas Thank you P2P for your tireless effort These are trying times and I am so thrilled to tell my customers that they will be receiving their packages in time I am experiencing the same issue I had in July this year I am a retailer and I can see that once again my parcels are falling off the radar Most deliveries are going through great But my issue is that I have three deliveries where the tracking details reflect that P2P has no record of my deliveries I am hoping I can receive the same excellent support I did back in July There is no other way that I can reach out to P2P for support I recognise that things are quite frantic at the moment with all the holiday shipments but I would appreciate immediate support before these deliveries are returned to me Thank you

We have been using P2P for approximately 1 year now and I must say we are really happy We ship parcels worldwide daily and P2P give us as a seller a great service The parcels are fully trackable and any problem they are on the end of the phone As per all companies there is the occasional hiccup but one call to the customer service team this is resolved normally a driver running out of we missed you cards or the parcel being left with a neighbour and the customer not checking We have been dealing with Daniel Bowtell to help us grow Dan is extremely helpful and full of knowledge He has really helped us grow with P2P and if ever we have an issue he is always there to help and resolve P2P provides our customers text messages and emails updating them on their parcel the system gives you reports on items stuck in customs attempted deliveries and more which for a business is a great benefit and helps cut down customer service emails We would recommend P2P for any company looking to offer a trackable worldwide service
