Hi I am still waiting for my parcel that is a xmas present I have been checking the tracking info but it has had no updates for more than 5 days I cannot find any info from Royal Mail as it seems they have not received the item from you yet I am becoming very concerned now as I expect delivery by Christmas eve I have emailed you but had no reply my tracking number is GER 9701 It keeps removing my review comments for some reason Update on 18 Dec Thank you for your reply I didn t put the full track number as it kept removing my comments Here is the full tracking number GER6960GB87176869701Looking forward to your reply - I m more than happy to move my tentative rating wrt P2P up once I know my parcel is Update on 19 Dec I ve got an email reply from P2Pmailing telling me that the item is still not in their network so they can t help at this stage Although I m not sure what they meant by not within their network the parcel has been on departed Geras Ltd status on P2Pmailing tracking site since 12 Dec I m moving my review to 2star to give them the benefit of doubt which looks exactly the same as the replies others got so can hardly tell whether that s a true reflection of the parcel status I ll revise further depending on how their service is going to me Update on 24 Dec thanks to P2P for getting back to me to explain my earlier query wrt the status so I m happy to move up my rating further Today I ve noticed the status of my parcel has changed to hub scan at PRINCESS ROYAL DC early in the morning but I suspect I may not be able to get this Christmas present before Christmas - Update on 29 December Just received my parcel today Despite that it was marked as dispatched on 12 Dec it took a while to arrive from overseas in UK but as soon as it arrived in UK on 23rd it was delivered within 2-3 working days there were four days bank holidays unfortunately before today The P2PMailing team has been very patient answering all my questions during this period so I m very happy to give them a 5-star rating I believe the delay has partially due to the retailer who should have given me a more realistic time frame when I placed the order or should have dispatched the item a few days earlier
