Fake goods
A complete scam They are completely useless You can t pick up and packages from their box unless you download the app The app is only available in the play store of the appropriate country and you cannot change your country easily Their customer service are not able understand this and treat you like garbage if you are a foteigner

Hands down the worst delivery service
Hands down the worst delivery service i experienced I had a package coming from UK to Slovakia the courier just drove by my appartment no phone call nothing When i asked them why they said there was a not existing phone number - ok it can happen even though the phone number i entered during purchase was correct but the delivery address was also correct So why didn t he just ring the bell I literally saw the courier drive by going wrong way in a one way street as i was just picking up my food delivery So i asked them to not send the parcel back to sender but rather store it in one of their boxes where i can pick it up myself - nope nothing They recommended that i ask the e-shop to resend the parcel E-shop claimed the parcel was lost in transit but were nice enough to send the items i ordered again since they were still available for no additional cost to myself I made sure to provide the e-shop correct phone number just in case Few days later - the SAME thing no phone call nothing Their tracking service showed courier delivering on nearby streets and later the tracking page showed that it will be delivered next business day Well that was a lie - next business day the tracking page showed that the parcel was not delivered successfully and that it s returned to the sender I am so done with this BS of a company Save yourself the nerves time and money

Are we in 2010 with the delivery
I had the first experience with this delivery company and it was the worst We are not anymore in 2010 to have one month delivery While other services are delivering in under 48h for free o certain purchases here you need to pay extra to get it in a few weeks Don t ever use this service

My purchased order paid on 18 July is not yet handed over to the national parcel service company 13 days after my purchase Packeta is not acknowledging that my package is lost therefore the seller is not cancelling my order and does not want to refund me Really bad service Completely unacceptable Avoid this company if you can

The Worst Delivery Service Everworst delivery service I have ever
It is a scam avoid them The worst delivery service I have ever dealt with The customer service is lazy rude and careless They mix up and lose packages and they even expect the customer to run around sorting it out At the designated pickup points like the city post office they have no idea that they are a Packeta parcel drop-off point An incredibly amateur company for sure I will not order from any online store that uses them for delivery and in my work I will ensure that I have nothing to do with them because neither the app nor the package delivery works and they can t even handle it properly

Lost package no refound no apology
We ordered 3 pair of shoes for our 1 5 years son and they lost it Then they sent a mail about how they are not make any mistake and doesnt give us any refound because the seller didnt told them the value of the package Thief disgusting company NEVER USE THIS COMPANY NEVER

Just bad
These guys just order various couriers and tell them to pick and drop parcels from one another They always choose whichever is the cheapest for them That also means sometimes your parcel is re-routed miles away and that is why they can never tell you the location of your parcel nor the delivery date Your only option is to simply wait for the parcel to be dropped at the chosen pick up point Horrible service we will never use this again

Delivery and Customer Services
I have ordered from Temu They use the Packeta service to deliver my package When I received a message that I can come to collect it It DIDN T HAVE ANYTHING in the box After I called the customer service line to get some information about my package whereabouts but they couldn t even answer where it is and they told me to wait 30 more days for resolve this problem until then I don t receive any compensation payment or my package I am really unsatisfied for their service and their progress I won t use this Packeta company in the future Not only they lost my package and didn t deliver anything to me but their customer service also horrible They don t give us any clue about the progress or notification our complaint

delivered wrong address with self
delivered wrong address with self collect limited access area Was not delivered to home address instead they dropped at market which has limited working hours and was not able to pick up on time Now they just return it back to sender instead of sending again
