Don t expect delivery in time

The time slot was from 10 to 12 Then it s changes all the day Now it show possible delivery from 18 tot 20 Still not delivered Unbelievable If I knew I cannot trust the info about delivery time I didn t waited the whole day Faulty info and nobody will take responsibility

Package never delivered

My package was delivered even though i wasn t home They either gave my package to someone else or just left it in the porch which means it obviously been stolen Have been reaching out they said that they started an investigation but I haven t heard anything since I want my money back

Why are you even in business

The most horrible package delivery experience one can ever go through If this is your delivery provider expect trouble My parcel never arrived the delivery person never rang the bell track trace says delivered and of course the customer service asks me to call the sender wow just wow

Yesterday the window of delivery was between 8 24 en 10 24 They came around 14 17 at which point I decided top do grocery s as I had been waiting all day Now today the Window was the same Yet again they are not in that window not satisfied at all

liars they didn t find me at home it says in the status no notification no email no ringing new delivery scheduled we ll see my order number 0031007294468 shipment number i don t know because they never sent me nothing Update shipping number 45321732 according courier company 9 days I am not at home Yeah for sure

Didn t deliver dueto Incorrect Address even when my address was perfectly right

i was waiting whole day at home on my product delivery date but delivery driver didn t even try to rang the bell and there was an update saying my address was incorrect and my product was returned back to sender what a pathetic service i have ordered multiple times with vidaxl with the same address never had an issue This is the first time i have this response saying address incorrect in my overall experience in the netherlands
