I placed my order had a query regarding who would be delivering my parcel and customer service got back to me within 24 hours and that was on a Sunday My parcel was dispatched that day too Delivery took longer than it should but that was because it was Yodel Got my crossbody saddle bag in pink and pink backpack and they are gorgeous Only used the crossbody as yet but I managed to get a small brolly in it my glasses case a packable tote bag tissues purse and phone and it still had plenty of room Feels safe and secure so I know I will feel confident using this in Europe this summer I have to say I was worried by some of the reviews but in my experience this company is a good communicator and their products are great Thank you Pacsafe for your customer service Brad and for amazing products

Another addition to my pacsafe

I bought 2 bags from Pacsafe for my recent touring trip to Italy going from Piza to Florence then onto Rome Naples and then final destination of Sorrento There was lots of sight seeing on the itinery so I wanted my belongs to be safe especially as Pick Pockets are rife I bought the Pacsafe Vibe Sling for daily wear and the Pacsafe Go 34L backpack for hand luggage Both incredible bags The backpack got so much in it Its only downfall is that it could do with a pocket on the inside of the lid when it opens like a small suitcase It was so easy at the airport to get my electricals and clear bag out at security and the sling held our tickets and passports which were easy to get to I m off on a weekend away so instead of suitcase that has to go in the hold I m taking a small suitcase and the backpack to save time at the airports I will get a crossbody bag next year as I would like something a bit more girlie than the sling
