Lost coffee machine
I was severely disappointed with this company I send my coffee machine to be fixed Unfortunately my machine was lost and I was without a machine for 3 weeks I paid money online for the machine to be fixed I eventually received a new machine but am told will not be receiving a refund of the money that I paid for it to be fixed

Technician never showed up
Waited a week for a booking then Waited in all afternoon but no technician arrived Hours later told the job was done - it wasn t And now no technician in the area so booking cancelled Guess I ll start the search all over again
