I recently purchased a squash racket from Padelspeed and although the parcel was unfortunately lost due to the courier s mishandling I have to say the way this situation was handled by the shop was truly outstanding From the very beginning their communication was excellent and they took full responsibility for resolving the issue even though the fault clearly lay with the courier Joel in particular went above and beyond to ensure I was kept informed every step of the way and processed my refund quickly once it was clear the parcel could not be retrieved Their professionalism care and exceptional customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one Despite the lost parcel I will absolutely shop with Padelspeed again in the future It s rare to find a business that truly values its customers the way they do Highly recommended and I look forward to returning for my next purchase

I ve recently purchased a couple of squash rackets from Padelspeed for a brilliant price and also had a really positive experience with their customer service team Upon checking out I realised that I d mistakenly only added one racket to the order I contacted Padelspeed via Web Chat explaining the issue and was responded to within minutes They simply sent over a balancing invoice to pay and the additional racket was added to my existing order Great service
