Shahaed who works at the Wolsey reception as a scheme officer He s very helpful and always willing to go beyond his role in helping me as someone who is visual impaired He s always on time when I need him He always ask if everything ok and if I need help with anything else

I contacted PA Housing for help as I was anxious about falling behind on my rent due to recent changes Sara Almutairi was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process She not only advised me on what steps to take but also went above and beyond by assisting with my application for a council tax reduction that I didn t even know I was entitled to Sara helped me with the forms and followed up every step of the way until I received the reduction Additionally at the same time when I was financially struggling Sara showed great empathy and understanding When she asked if I had enough money for food I felt embarrassed to admit my situation but she reassured me and sent supermarket vouchers I was expecting a small amount to help for a week but she sent enough vouchers to cover my shopping for an entire month I can t thank Sara enough for all she has done Her dedication and support have made a significant difference in my life PA Housing is fortunate to have her on their team and I wish there were ten more Saras working in the Tenancy Sustainment department

I could not of asked for a better service I really needed surrport with getting my dad on to changing all his housing and etc for a new OAP and all doffrent forms hat to be filled out aswell as new information set up I had a lady called Kim help me with every step as I struggled myself at the beginning Kim took over completely and stayed in contact the whole way through Kim s communication was brilliant And I would of stayed in the muddle I was in trying to help my dad if it wasn t for Kim Me and my dad were very greatful

Fabulous Experience

I was staying in the PA Housing Accomodation Kings Mill Hospital Mansfield and I must say it was an awesome experience for me The boss ladies of PA Housing here specially are so amazing helpful always smiling and adorable The accomodations are brilliant as well I just loved it here Thank you for the amazing experience
