Scam Alert

I was never able to place an order with this company and it s a good thing because I m pretty certain this is a scam site I had a simple question for them and used their chat tool since nobody would answer the phone The only response on the chat was that nobody was available and they would follow up via email if I enter my email address I never got an email follow up but suddenly I started getting a bunch of new spam emails Originally I had thought this site might be legit because I read a few reviews that were actually positive but it turns out there are far more negative Their pricing is tempting but too good to be true it seems Even if this business is legit which I highly doubt I still wouldn t want to do business with them because I found it impossible to get in touch with them through phone chat or email Imagine if you have a problem with your order You ll never be able to get it resolved

Poor service

I ordered a prepainted fender that took approx one month to deliver via USPS Fender was shipped in bubble wrap and pieces of cardboard and was damaged Tried contacting painted auto parts via email phone and claim section on the web site without any response

Ordered a bumper for my toyota

Ordered a bumper for my toyota Painted over cracked broken bumper and mailed it to me Box undamaged and bubble wrap intact I filed complaint with credit card company and the response of this company was that I had not mailed back bumper to them and they deserved the money for part They also said I accepted delivery and should have opened in front of shipping company removing bubble wrap and inspecting bumper completely next time I will open all items before accepting delivery They do SHODDY work DO NOT ORDER from them They offered to refund painting of bumper and then ignored my e-mails and calls going on 2 months now It will cost more to fix than they offered Beware of doing business with them

I do not want to give this business and stars this is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with I work everyday in customer support they should be closed down I paid 700 for a painted bumper and still have not received it no one responds through email and I am waiting on the phone at the moment on hold They answer the phone say will you hold and do not come back on the line-they do not even give you time to speak I will be going to the BBB about this company today

No parts delivered and no refund

I placed my order on 2 24 and money was taken from my bank account on 3 12 however as of 4 6 I don t have parts a tracking number or even an estimated shipping date My parts were not shipped within the promised 15 business days that were quoted at the time of order and now that it s been 31 business days I don t believe they ll ship at all I emailed on 3 27 asking for a refund and got no response I emailed again on 4 3 asking for a refund and got no response I ve sent 4 other emails about the status of my order and have no more info than I had the day the order was placed As of now 7 weeks later I have no parts and no refund I would give them zero stars if possible for stealing my money Do not order anything from this company

I placed an order 300 on a Friday then soon after wanted to upgrade the order to a more premium part Messages were answered but in very short curt manner - possibly to hide poor English skills of a foreigner I asked to change the order was told that I would have to cancel and re-place Next day I asked for cancellation They asked for my order number which I provided Then nothing more from them From the start I just had a strange feeling about them That s when this site popped up in a search on their company name and I realized they he she is a scammer So thankful that two people took the time to put up a warning here The debit card transaction hadn t yet cleared so I stopped it by cancelling my debit card which luckily for me killed the transaction Then two days later I get a message informing me that they had cancelled my order as I had requested no doubt after they realized that they hadn t received their booty so that I could re-order - yeah right

Waited five weeks for a stupid bumper

Waited five weeks for a stupid bumper cover for my Altima They use some lame freight service The bumper is 10 miles from my house and I have to wait days to schedule my appointment Run away Just rattlecan it

If I could give them 0 i would I ordered a hood painted we recieved it put it on its warped they only responded once asking if i inspected it when it came I wanted them to own up to the faulty hood It was for my sons christmas I wont be buying from them again They wont call email or text me Now i am stuck with a warped hood smh
