I m still waiting on my paint order which was ordered on the 15April I m unable to contact anyone about this I ve received 1 notice by the shipping company informing me it s in the UK that was around a fortnight ago If I knew it was coming from China I would not have ordered On the paint shop site it was a uk address there was no mention that it would be shipped from abroad Lacking in communication with the customer is non existent It should be made clear when ordering anything it should be clear where items are coming fromI ve now had to spend 100 for more paint My decorator arrives on Tuesday 21st so I can t wait any longer for this order which will probably not arrive I m furious about this Be aware this is what happens if you unknowingly order from Chine they are a disgrace

I was dumb and didn t realize this
I was dumb and didn t realize this website is a scam Entered my payment info but the purchase failed for some unknown reason Okay I figured I d try again the next day A few hours later I got an unrelated charge in a different currency since they stole my card info and had to open a dispute with my bank Very obvious in retrospect Of course none of the other users reviewing are getting their paint

Scam feeling
Order a Dulux Damp Seal undercoat paint online on 28 October 2024 without set up an account with them Thinking this is UK shouldn t be a problem However I didn t receive any order confirmation email Therefore I went to website and fill in the form of contact us never response and still no received my order When I tried to find their review online here with their web paintoptimalBad bad bad

I ve just been scammed too Ordered some paint and within minutes a higher amount from an unrelated company appeared Also started getting tracking info emails from an unknown company No way to contact them beside their own form which goes to who knows where Luckily I got a screenshot of the order so I will be able to dispute with the bank
