Just plain greedy
First off each pair should come with one free pair of magnetic clip ons No one should have to pay extra for sun comfort I think it s just gross to charge for a 1 year warranty Some of us are not made out of money and need to see 90 for the glasses and one clip on is just disgusting 40 to 60 for both is reasonable 30 for each clip on Seriously Icky 10 makes more sense No amount of ads in shoved down my throat will change my opinion

I have not actually received my order
I have not actually received my order yet I placed the order over 2 weeks ago When I ordered luckily I took a screenshot of the order confirmation because that was all I had to go off of No email confirmation no tracking number nothing I called them today and they said they had emailed me twice even though I have yet to receive anything from them They confirmed the email they have on file and it is correct yet I received nothing They said they never completed the order because they needed more information from me So why did your checkout process tell me I was done and give me a confirmation number if you needed more information And if the first two emails went unanswered why didn t you call You have my phone number on file It s funny you made damn sure you got that credit card information right Cuz you had no problem charging it even though apparently someone couldn t pick up the damn phone and call me to tell me my order wasn t complete I m wondering if I had not called them would they have just kept the money indefinitely and given up Probably 1

If your not an USA customer AVOID
This is what happened to me I placed my order and paid I was not asked for my PD measurement and our lab would need this in order to complete my Pair order while I was filling in my order I got an email after I placed and paid asking for the measurements I uploaded this information via reply to email I then was that ny prescription falls outside of the range for single-vision stock lenses but we can absolutely still make them with our Premium Plus ultra-thin lenses add-on which costs an additional 59 I couldn t just pay the additional amount as I m not a USA customer that the whole order needed to be cancelled and refunded I had refund confirmation 16 08 24 I still have not received my money back I have sent 2 emails chasing up my refund and submitted 1 online form I ve been told already processed the cancellation and refund to your original payment method on file to the card ending yesterday Please wait for at least 3-7 business days for the amount to appear on your bank statement You may also contact your bank regarding this matter to confirm from their end

Ordered a pair of glasses and two
Ordered a pair of glasses and two toppers in August I like the glasses however the toppers are not good and their customer service is terrible Non existent They sent one topper and the other one backordered This was in August Now October and still not received I reached out to them and after a week they now tell me the topper cannot be supplied and they send me a 25 gift card I paid 35 for the topper What kind of company works like that Normally if they can t support they refund So 2 days ago I said I don t want the gift card money back please Still no response Hard NO don t do it with this company Really bad

If you are not from the US don t bother
If you are not from the US don t bother to order from them it would be faster for you to go to the USA and have the glasses hand-crafted than receive it from them Order placed on the 30th and I m still chasing them which are escaping with the classical 24h to 48h excuse The customer service contradicts each other and the information is vague I will wait 24 to 48 hours more but if no information is provided I will ask for a refund

Horrendous shipping times and a very shady expedited add ons that they dont honor This company has been processing my order since july 17th and yet to ship They are eager to throw there absolutely ridiculous expedited shipping add ons in your face and then dont honor them by telling you that does not include their lab processing time Zero communication or help with these issues Stay away You could order from wish or alibaba have it get lost and found again and it would still arrive before your pair eyeware Their lab and shipping department moves slower than a snail dipped in molasses climbing a mountain

Took forever to get them and when I finally did the toppers fall off because of the magnets not being strong enough They need to put stronger magnets on these I barely wear them because I am constantly having to pick my toppers off of the floor I am just so disappointed with this company

Can t Make Lenses Holding Money Hostage
I received an email that they cannot make lenses in my prescription and now they are essentially holding nearly 300 hostage trying to sell me 60 nonprescription glasses I have specified twice I am not interested in I have stated to an individual named Jay twice to refund my card This is fraud And people need to know
