It s a nightmare getting in touch with this company I gave up in the end

Do not use PAL Hire There are loads of other companies out there do yourself a favour and find another one Completely useless customer service nightmare to get hold of inflated charges Honestly not worth the Agro it causes you and the cost involved

Do not use this company They ignore emails and harass you

Don t bother use these if you want toilet hire more often then not they aren t cleaned regularly with no soap or toilet paper or broken and when you complain they say servicing is complimentary so it s not technically part of the service they don t collect the toilets when they say they are going to and when they do they charge you extra by saying they couldn t take the toilet away as it s being blocked in and use a photo from a obscure angle that shows nothing as evidence

Absolutely terrible service from start to finish

Avoid PAL Hire at All CostsOur experience with PAL Hire was absolutely dreadful from start to finish We hired a scaffolding tower and the entire process was a nightmare Communication was non-existent I could never get hold of anyone when I needed to When I finally did the driver who showed up was incredibly rude To make matters worse they completely ignored my repeated requests to arrange a pickup In the end I had to retrieve the equipment from the site myself and take it back to my unit something I absolutely shouldn t have had to do They even tried to charge me for a failed delivery which was outrageous When they finally collected the scaffolding it took forever for them to return my refundable deposit and they were needlessly awkward about the whole thing Awful service unprofessional behaviour and a complete disregard for customers once they have your money Do yourself a favour and steer clear of PAL Hire

Sam Jamieson was so helpful informative polite and a very happy chappie Easy to talk to and a great asset to Pal Hire follow up call after Sam organized my query was very nice as clear communication is essential

I always use PAL Hire where I can I receive an excellent and reliable service from Ryan Kirby in particular no job is too big or too small He always provides solutions to any issues I may have had and moving forward PAL Hire will always be my main go to for machinery and plant supplies anything we may need Thank you
