The best thing about dealing with Pallet2ship is that they keep you well informed We had to change the delivery address at short notice and with one phone call followed up by confirmation emails this was sorted straight away Also an email after the goods were delivered was reassuring

We have been using pallet2ship now for about 3 years and the service just gets better each time I want to especially thank Gabriela L for an outstanding customer service Gabriela provided update throughout the goods transit and final update upon delivery When in-between there came a point where we needed assistance in communication between consignee and broker Gabriela was right on top of it all the way Will gladly use pallet2ship again in the future
