My delivery was due by 12 30 pm latest By 3pm still no delivery I had to chase the supplier to chase palletline The delivery time was then moved to any time up to 5pm A total waste of a day waiting in What is the point of giving a delivery time

After wasting a lot of time with staff struggling to comprehend basic English on the phone to agree delivery in 7 5t with tail lift driver with 18t lorry arrived Totally wasted my day and had to be delivered the following day meaning product urgently required was 24h delayed One star is generous

Pallet Force

Got a delivery of flooring that was significantly damaged the driver informed me that that was as good as I would get I subsequently rejected the load much to his annoyance redelivery came with no issue and better attitude 1hour later than advised

If I could give 0 - I would I ve paid for 300 of plants to an online plant specialist company who charged me an extra 70 for delivery from palletforce I was given a time slot of 3 hours - 2 days later my delivery has not arrived I have wasted 2 days annual leave and 2 days of my daughter 1 2 term waiting in for a delivery which has not arrived I have contacted palletforce on 3 occasions and each time I ve been given a different timeframe and excuse as to why my order has not been delivered I ve been twice told my delivery would be prioritised and once even lied to told my delivery was 15 minutes away This is disgusting service with no communication why anyone or any business would use palletforce is beyond me as it would surly cause unhappy customers who will want refunds for goods which haven t arrived - which is what I m doing Steer clear
