Waited for my delivery today which turned up after 6 pm The driver Mario said that he had been working since 5 am and he was trying to complete his workload before the weekend what a nice hard working man with a great attitude considering how tired he must have been but conscientious to the last I really appreciate the lengths he went to on this occasion

Well the driver used his brains and didn t rely on satnav so 5 stars for me He didn t call me for directions and I couldn t believe it Other couriers like DHL DPD to name a few don t follow directions just satnav and either take a week to deliver or dump my parcels at another place or not get them at all I know it was a collection and not a delivery but it proves that a bit of common sense is a wonderful thing

Successful Delivery - No Issues

I was expecting a delivery of gym equipment the depot called me the day before to book it in and see what time was best for me The driver called in advance to make sure I was in to receive the goods and he could get access Keep in mind that this pallet weighed over half a ton and the guy did it by himself whilst being polite and courteous throughout I don t usually leave reviews however I ve seen a lot of negative feedback about this company and feel compelled to write something positive My experience with these was a positive one especially since the circumstance and difficulty of the delivery seems to be easily forgotten
