Ordered a PSA dagger with five 15rd magazines and five 27rd magazines When I picked up the order there was ten 15rd mags and no 27rd mags Customer service was flawless very kind agent and quickly solved the issue PSA customer service doesn t miss the mark they ll take care of you

I have ordered from PSA many times over the years and have had nothing by excellent service Back in July of 2012 I place a large for me ammo order which among several other things included several boxes of Prvi Partizan 308 and some Wolf 308 They were out of both and it would be a while before it came in They offered to the substitute the Prvi with Federal Premium Gold Medal at the same price Also offered me 10 free boxes of Tula 308 the Federal was over twice the cost of the Prvi I turned down the Federal offer as I wanted them to still be in business later when I needed them I did accept one free box of Tula 9 more boxes would have been excessive greed on my part These guys are great honest and hard working I try to use them whenever I need something
